I have been a competitive Rubik's Cube solver since high school. In 2015, I set a "world record" for solving the Rubik's Cube.* I was also 2015 US National Champion for one-handed solving. Nowadays, I mostly officiate local events and provide commentary for major championship competitions.
*My good friend Lucas Etter beat my time on the same day - since records are calculated once per day, my time is technically not a world record. I think it's close enough to put on my website, though :) More explanation can be found here.
